By accessing or using the Zupy platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our platform.

2. Description of service

Zupy is a loyalty program platform that allows businesses to create and manage reward programs for their customers. Consumers can earn points, redeem rewards, and track their loyalty history.

3. Registration and account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The information provided during registration must be true and up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your password and activities on your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Points program

• Points are awarded according to the rules of each loyalty program.
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash.
• Points may expire according to the specific program's policy.
• Zupy is not responsible for changes to rules made by partner businesses.

5. Acceptable use

The following is prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Manipulating points or rewards improperly.
• Creating fake or multiple accounts to gain undue advantages.
• Interfering with the platform's operation.

6. Limitation of liability

Zupy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
