Zupy is a social loyalty platform that enables businesses to create and manage digital loyalty programs for their customers. Our services include:

• Digital loyalty card creation
• Points and rewards system
• Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration
• Business management dashboard
• Customer communication tools

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with service operation
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property of the platform belong to Zupy, LLC. Use of our services does not grant ownership rights over any content or intellectual property.

6. Payments and Merchant of Record

All payments for Zupy subscriptions and services are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation and collection (including VAT, GST, and sales tax), and payment receipts.

Payment Information

Payment information is processed securely by Paddle and is not stored by Zupy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zupy, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
