Refund Policy

Refunds for Zupy subscriptions are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers may request a refund through Paddle within the legally applicable refund period.

The Refund period is 14 days, as by refund policy, which allows customers to cancel an agreement and get a full-refund within 14 day.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Paddle directly through your payment receipt email
  2. Or email us at: [email protected] and we will assist you with the refund process

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • You maintain access until the end of the paid period
  • No new charges will be made
  • Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation
  • After 90 days, data is permanently deleted
