Refund Policy

1. Paid plans (businesses)
For businesses that subscribe to paid Zupy plans, the following conditions apply:
- Cooling-off period: you may cancel and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, as per the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Art. 49).
- Cancellation after 7 days: access remains active until the end of the paid period. There is no prorated refund for unused days.
- Recurring billing: for monthly subscriptions, cancellation must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us by email:
Include in your request: company name, tax ID (CNPJ/CPF), purchase date, and reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase. For credit cards, the timeline depends on your card issuer (usually 1-2 billing cycles).
4. End consumers
Using Zupy as an end consumer (earning points and redeeming rewards) is free. Accumulated points have no monetary value and are non-refundable.
